Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
Making its first appearance last month on the Pebble Beach Concours
d'Elegance in September 2010, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is
officially the world's fastest production car at the moment.
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, aside from being the fastest, is
also the most expensively built car at the moment. With a speed
capacity of 431 kilometers per hour (268 mph), it is engineered
to be able to withstand top speeds. Able to go up to four hundred
thirty one kilometers per hour, this car is the ultimate vehicle
for speed buffs. Aerodynamically designed, this Bugatti is as safe
to ride as it is to drive. Created with refined lines and a great
silhouette, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is the car to beat.
Five identical cars will be created and have already been sold
to anonymous buyers. This car is currently limited to a top speed
of four hundred fifteen kilometers per hour due not because of the
car cannot withstand it but because of the tires.
Purchased by Volkswagen a few years back, Bugatti is a brand name
that has gone through a resurrection. Following the series of Veyrons,
this car is priced at $1,470,000 and will be the most exclusive
and the fastest available automobile today. The 16c Galbier comes
with a Parmigiani Tourbillon wristwatch that also works as a dashboard
clock.
The car details include a body that is made of carbon fiber and
refined aerodynamically to maintain good balance in all situations.
The carbon fiber material used is a more advanced light version
of the original Veyron chasses carbon fiber. It also features an
increase in torsion rigidness. Other than the speed and the power
of this car, other features have been greatly improved as well.
You get better handling with the less weight involved, revised
suspension, new motor racing shock absorbers and increased wheel
travel. As a whole, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport has now given
more precision and control of the wheels with this car compared
to all its predecessors. The Bugatti heritage lives on with its
perfect workmanship and unmatched quality.
Soon to be displayed in North America, this record-breaking car's
black and orange exterior is also available in clear lacquer. The
clear paint will clearly show the exquisite workmanship and details
that this car was built with.
The sixty-four valve 7993 cc engine is extremely compact at 767
mm wide and 710 mm long. Its light alloy W16 engine gives 736 Kilowatts
at 6,000 revolutions per minute. Installed in the engine's mid area
in front of the rear axle of the car, the W configuring is 2 V8
engines grafted into one, essentially. Veyron has produced an all-wheel
drive, strong middle-range 1,250 Newton meters. Its Super Sport
version gives an additional twenty preventing power pulls at speeds
that are useable.
With the help of four large intercoolers and turbochargers that
are enlarged, it has achieved this twenty-percent increase with
both 20-percent power and 20-percent mid-range. The lighter, stronger
chassis and accompanying suspension has more main spring travel,
newer shock absorbers and strong stabilizers. With production beginning
in late 2010 at Bugatti's Molsheim Plant in France, speed freaks
will not be able to get enough of what this car has to offer.
